By using Ace (the iOS app, WhatsApp assistant, or joinace.app), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Ace helps field sales professionals capture leads, manage follow-ups, and interact with an AI assistant. Features may change as we improve the product.

AI-generated suggestions and drafts are provided for your review. You are responsible for what you send to customers.

You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to use the phone number you register.

Do not use Ace for unlawful purposes, spam, harassment, or to violate others’ privacy. Do not attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.

Ace is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages to the extent permitted by law.

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be posted on this page.
